The Harmony Trailblazer Honkai Star Rail is a force to be reckoned with as they possess some powerful buffs that can push the overall damage output of a team. For starters, they can use their Ultimate to boost the Break Effect of allies. It does offer some bonus damage on Weakness Broken targets.

However, the MC’s Backup Dance effect makes them deserving of the top spot. This effect converts the Toughness reduction attack of an ally into an instance of Super Break DMG, only when it hits a Weakness Broken target. The damage is further amplified when there are multiple enemies on the battlefield and it primarily scales on Toughness DMG.
