Shadow Energy in Solo Leveling Arise: How to farm

There are two ways to farm Shadow Energy in the game. You can either farm them by clearing specific Gates or you can acquire them from the shop.

Clearing Gates

While clearing Gates can help you obtain XP points to help increase Reputation levels, it is not the only thing it does. You can also earn these energy points by clearing specific Gates. Unlock new gate missions, and increase the difficulty level of these missions to earn more points.

The Red Gates offer more energy points than usual, and therefore, you can benefit from prioritizing such Gates when they appear. However, these missions can get a little too difficult for many. In such instances, you can focus on leveling up by clearing other missions before coming back to it. Remember that these missions will not disappear until you rescan, so, you don't have to hurry and arrive unprepared on the battlefield.

While leveling up the army can increase your total power, it can also boost the maximum number of shades you can use.

You can increase the potential maximum level of shadows by summoning new top-tier Shadows from the Shadow tier list or by promoting the ones you already own.
