In addition to Sung Jinwoo’s upgradable Basic, Special, and Ultimate Skills, his weapons, regardless of rarity, also have three skills: Basic, Core, and one weapon-exclusive. You can use [Player] Skill Scrolls to level up Jinwoo’s and his weapons' skills.

On the other hand, Hunters’ weapons don’t have any skill, so you will use Hunter Skill Scroll to level up their individual skills. Each tier of both types of scrolls can upgrade skills level up to a certain threshold. Here are the details:

  • Skill Scroll I: From Level 2 to Level 4
  • Skill Scroll II: From Level 5 to Level 7
  • Skill Scroll III: From Level 9 and onwards

You can upgrade Hunters’ skills level and Sung Jinwoo’s weapons, QTE, and Ultimate skills up to a maximum of 10. On the other hand, you can upgrade Sung Jinwoo’s Basic Skills by more than 10. This is because while leveling up his basic skills, you will also level up the Runes equipped with them.
