Bayern Munich are set to join Al-Nassr in the race to sign Tottenham Hotspur defender Emerson Royal. According to Spanish outlet Sport, the 25-year-old is set for a move away from London, with both sides keen on securing his services.

Royal has largely been out of favor under manager Ange Postecoglou for Spurs, with Pedro Porro being preferred at the position. Still, injuries to defenders mean he has played regularly enough this season. He has made 23 appearances this season and scored once.

Ronaldo's side already tried to sign the right-back in the January transfer window but were unsuccessful in doing so. They are expected to try again, with the London side reportedly placing a €29 million price tag on him.

Bayern are also interested in the player with reports claiming that current right-back Joshua Kimmich could leave the club. A possible move to Barcelona has been reported, while a reunion with Pep Guardiola at Manchester City could also be in the cards. Should Royal move to the Bundesliga giants, he could be reunited with former teammates Eric Dier and Harry Kane.

Al-Nassr superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has urged the club to sign Manchester United star Bruno Fernandes. According to The Mirror, the midfielder could join his Portugal teammate in the Middle East in the summer.

This comes after reports that the 29-year-old was unhappy with his situation at Old Trafford. Following the side's 3-2 win over Newcastle United, his comments raised speculation over his future with the club as he said (via press conference):

"If they want me I will stay," the 29-year-old told Sky Sports.
"I will be here until... I said the club needs to want me. I feel that the club wants me to be a part of the future, so, as I said always, I don't want to be a player that the club doesn't want to have," Fernandes added.

The loss of Bruno Fernandes would be massive for Manchester United. He is the side's best creative force, bagging 15 goals and 12 assists in 46 appearances in all competitions.

A move to the Middle East would not only be a reunion of national side teammates but could hugely boost Al-Nassr's midfield. Ronaldo's side have fallen short of Al-Hilal in the title race this season and adding Fernandes could help them lift the trophy next time.
