What happened the last time Liverpool faced Wolves in the PL?

Liverpool will be hoping to send Klopp out on a winning note as they get set to host Wolves later today. Let's take look a look at what happened when these two sides faced each other in the reverse fixture earlier this season:

Wolves hosted the Reds at the Molineux on September 16, 2023, where the visitors secured a hard-fought 3-1 win. Wolves dominated the first half, taking the lead via Hwang Hee-chan (7') but were unable to make the most of the clear-cut chances that followed.

They were punished by a resilient Liverpool side in the second half. Klopp's men leveled the scores through Cody Gakpo's effort in the 55th minute. Andy Robertson's goal in the 85th minute and Hugo Bueno's 91st-minute own goal ensured the Reds walked away with all three points.
