Leveling up can be a daunting task for players who are new to Fortnite. Focusing on earning Battle Stars to unlock the Battle Pass can be tricky, and with multiple ways to progress, it's easy to get confused. Thankfully, there are a few things that players can do to level up fast in Chapter 4 Season 2.

While a bit of elbow grease will be required to get the job done, it will be worth it in the end. That said, here are eight easy ways to level up in-game.

Team Rumble and seven other easy ways to level up quickly in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2

1) Casually play Team Rumble

When it comes to casually leveling up in Fortnite, Team Rumble Mode is the best option. Unlike the Battle Royale Modes where being eliminated means being sent back to the lobby, here, players merely respawn. This will keep happening until one team scores a certain number of points.

In addition to this mode being easygoing, it gives beginners a chance to learn the ropes and understand the game better. Playing a few matches in Team Rumble every day is bound to be rewarding and is also a good way to make new friends.

2) Focus on completing Challenges/Quests

For players wanting a more focused approach towards leveling up fast, completing Daily/Weekly/Syndicate Challenges/Quests will be the go-to option. They yield a lot of experience points upon completion, and most of them are easy to do. This will ensure that not much time is wasted.

Furthermore, when playing in Duos, Trios, or Squads Modes, more Daily Challenges become available to players. Although the XP gained from completing them is not a lot, every bit counts.

3) Save The World Daily/Weekly Missions

It's no secret that Save The World grants a lot of experience points towards the Battle Pass in Fortnite. Although this is not free-to-play, those who own it can leverage the XP gain to level up quickly by completing Daily/Weekly Missions.

Keep in mind that since this is PvE (player-versus-environment), missions tend to scale in power in certain zones. It would be a good idea to team up with friends (not strangers, as a lot of them turn out to be griefers) to take on difficult missions to earn XP.

4) Earn Accolades in every match

Accolades are easy enough to earn in every match in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2. While they don't grant a lot of experience points, they are repetitive in nature. This, in theory, allows players to re-earn points for completing the same task in every match. With 24 Accolades to earn this season, there's a lot of additional XP up for grabs.

Those trying to earn a few Accolades can start with basic tasks such as being the first player to pick up a Legendary item/weapon. On the other hand, those looking for a bit of excitement can try being the first player to collect 50 gold bars.

5) Play the Build and/or Zero-Build Battle Royale Modes and loot 'everything'

While this may seem like a comedic take on earning experience points, it actually works. For those not in the mood to fight opponents or complete Challenges/Quests, looting is a good way to level up in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2.

The goal is simple: Land at a safe POI (Brutal Bastion is a good choice) and loot everything that can be found. Open every chest and box that's located in and around the area. It's also recommended to do this while Supercharged XP is activated for even more XP gains.

6) The Pit - Creative Map (4590-4493-7113)

The Pit - Free For All, created by Geerzy, is one of the most popular Creative Maps to exist in Fortnite. It has over a billion 'plays' thus far and continues to grow by the day. Although this Creative Map is competitive in nature, this hurdle can be overcome to gain experience points with minimal effort.

Rather than fighting others in a 'public' match, players can host a 'private' session and take on friends in a more friendly setting. They can then take turns scoring headshots to rack up quite a bit of XP in just a few minutes. If nothing else, players are assured to gain at least one level daily by following this method.

7) Special Challenges/Quests

In addition to the Daily/Weekly/Syndicate Challenges/Quests, players can also partake in Special Challenges/Quests that often appear in Fortnite. Currently, two of them are ongoing: Spring Breakout and Lantern Fest.

Completing Challenges/Quests associated with these two events will not only yield quite a few experience points but will also reward players with freebies. Once obtained, they will remain in the Locker.

8) Play Dungeons in Save The World

Dungeons are finally back in Fortnite's Save The World Mode. This mode was introduced a while ago and is a change of pace from the traditional gameplay style. Rather than having to collect resources to protect Homebase or Lars' Van, players can take on monsters at their own pace.

Akin to Missions, Dungeons have varying difficulty levels as well. While some can be played Solo, it's best to bring a friend to play alongside just to be safe. Upon reaching the end of the level, players will be rewarded with experience points and a lot of loot.
