All Octane locations in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4

The Octane vehicle is the latest mobility item to be added to Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4. It arrived as part of the large v22.40 update that has introduced quite a few new additions as the last major update of both this season and chapter.

The new vehicle is very popular for a multitude of reasons. For starters, it is the subject of a few challenges that have free cosmetics attached to them. Many of these involve Creative maps, but there are things to do in the regular mode as well.

Additionally, players will want to drive these around because it is pure, unadulterated fun. This vehicle can do things no car or vehicle has been able to do before. Here's where you can find them in Chapter 3 Season 4.

Fortnite Octane vehicle locations for Chapter 3 Season 4

The Octane vehicle can spawn now as the update has gone live. It is also available in both Zero Build and Battle Royale. It is not, however, available in Competitive mode.

Here are all the spawn locations right now:

The brand-new Fortnite vehicle can spawn in these spots on the island. Players can find one at each of the following POIs:

• Greasy Grove
• Chonker's Speedway
• Cloudy Condos
• Tainted Towers (formerly Tilted Towers)
• Shiny Sound
• Chromejam Junction

Additionally, there are a couple that aren't in POIs. There is one to the west of Greasy Grove and one to the east of the Herald's Sanctum POI.

It is important to try and get to these spots as soon as possible and drive away. Since this is a brand-new and incredibly fun item in the game, every player will be looking for an opportunity to drive it. Since there's only one at each spot, players will have a lot of competition for it.

Additionally, since these are largely in POIs, there will be a lot of traffic regardless of whether they want the Octane or not. It is best to land there immediately, get in the car and drive away.

What to do with an Octane vehicle

Once players have the Octane car, they can drive it around as they please, but there are a couple of challenges that they can complete in this mode with it. Since the vehicle can be difficult to get, it is recommended that gamers complete the challenges as soon as they have an Octane.

The possible challenges in this mode are:

• Fly 100 meters continuously in an Octane
• Hit opponents while riding an Octane
• Perform a 720 front or a backflip with an Octane

These challenges largely involve features that are exclusive to this particular vehicle. Keep in mind that it can get damaged and thus destroyed.

Additionally, as a way to balance the vehicle in Fortnite, Epic has made it dependent on gas, so players will need to be mindful of their gas levels as they boost around the island.
