The island has been covered in holiday decorations for Fortnite Winterfest 2022. Major POIs are now Christmas-themed and look as jolly as ever. Sgt. Winters can also be found traveling from place to place and gifting "nice" players some presents. However, it would seem that too much of a thing is not always good.

For this reason, players are being tasked with running over three holiday decorations in-game using vehicles. While the motive behind this task is largely unknown, players will be rewarded with 16,000 experience points for completing it. Given that this is very trivial in nature, it shouldn't be a problem to finish the task in a single match.

A step-by-step on how to run over holiday decorations with vehicles in Fortnite Winterfest 2022

1) Land at named locations or landmarks that have holiday decorations

The first step is to land at named locations and landmarks that sport holiday decorations. This is important because although Winterfest 2022 is in full swing, not every nook and cranny on the map is decorated as such.

That said, all major POIs and most notable landmarks will contain holiday decorations. To make this challenge easy, you can choose locations like Slappy Shores and Frenzy Fields. Alternatively, you can also land at Crackshot's Cabin.

2) Secure the area and find a vehicle as well as a Cow Catcher

The goal is to land, gear up, secure the area, and ensure that it is free from hostiles. It should only take a few minutes to secure the POI and find weapons/ammo. Since the holiday decorations will not be going anywhere, there's no need to rush or do things haphazardly. Once ready, you'll have to look for vehicles in and around the area.

Since Slappy Shores and Frenzy Fields are major POIs, finding a few shouldn't be an issue. Those who choose to land at Crackshot's Cabin will be able to find two cars on the frozen water body. Additionally, it's also a good idea to find a Cow Catcher mod. This can be used on your vehicle to make it better at running over holiday decorations.

3) Look for holiday decorations and run over them

Once the Cow Catcher is installed in your vehicle, the final step is to put your foot on the gas and run over some holiday decorations. While there's no fixed definition of what a holiday decoration looks like, it's easy enough to spot. This includes objects such as candy canes, bushes with colorful lights, Christmas trees, and statues of Crackshot.

Players have to destroy them using a vehicle for it to count towards the progression of the Fortnite challenge. This can also be done using Trail Thrashers dirt bikes, but it's not the best idea. After destroying any three holiday decorations, the task will be completed, and you'll earn 16,000 experience points.
