Liam Harrison believes that while Saemapetch Fairtex is a very skilled fighter, he has been known to break under the pressure on occasions.

Specifically, when fighting larger opponents, 'Hitman' sees some vulnerability from the Thai veteran, which is worrying ahead of his next fight.

At ONE Fight Night 23 on July 5, he will look to bring an end to the terrifying win streak of Nico Carrillo inside the revered Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

'The King of the North' has been able to run through opponents with his size for the bantamweight Muay Thai division and his devastating power.

Liam Harrison was able to identify this aspect of the fight when looking at how the two men stack up against one another.

He referenced Saemapetch's clashes with the likes of Tawanchai and Mohamed Younes Rabah in a recent interview with the South China Morning Post:

"Saemapetch, he's dangerous. But I've seen him crumble when bigger guys are hitting on him. He crumbled against Tawanchai, he crumbled against the guy he recently beat. But don't get me wrong, he's still good."

Liam Harrison is right to still give Saemapetch credit

Such is the striking knowledge of Liam Harrison that he would be able to clearly pick out this crucial aspect of the bantamweight Muay Thai contest that is set to unfold at ONE Fight Night 23.

Dealing with the size, pressure, and power of Carrillo will be crucial for Saemapetch in this fight.

But, as Harrison also pointed out, the Brit wasn't automatically counting the Thai fighter out in this scenario.

He laid out an aspect of the fight that is sure to be a big talking point going in but just because of his track record, this doesn't mean that Saemapetch won't be able to adjust or be incredibly dangerous even if he does start to cave under pressure.

His last fight, a rematch with Younes Rabah, showed how it is not as simple as just walking him down and breaking him.

ONE Fight Night 23 will air live and free in U.S. primetime for North American viewers with an active Prime Video subscription.
