Patrick Mahomes turns cheerleader as wife Brittany steps into spotlight for SI Swimsuit's New York launch party

Patrick Mahomes was beaming with pride as his wife Brittany attended the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit launch party in New York. The Kansas City Chiefs star was standing on the sidelines to cheer for his wife.

The couple posed together, with Mahomes turning to Instagram to praise Brittany's new venture.

"Proud of you❤️ [Brittany Mahomes]," the Chiefs QB wrote.

Brittany was quick to comment on the post, letting Patrick know that she loved him:

"Love you babesss!!! 🥹🥰🤍".

Travis Kelce, who seemed to comment on Mahomes' suit, wrote:

"All black double breasted🕴️🔥🔥🔥".

Patrick Mahome's brother Jackson also hyped the power couple, referring to them as parents.

"MOM AND DAD!! Killed it!!!"

In a post shared by Sports Illustrated, Patrick Mahomes seemed to be waiting patiently on the side while Brittany got her pictures taken. Formerly a soccer player, the mom-of-two and entrepreneur recently collaborated with SI Swimsuit, making her debut in February.

Brittany donned an Oscar de la Renta halter gown for the event.

Patrick Mahomes supportive of his 'hall of fame' wife, Brittany

During a podcast appearance with Jake Paul and YouTuber Speed, Mahomes spoke about his relationship with Brittany and how the latter is responsible for running their household.

“I think people don’t even realize how much she does,” Mahomes said. “Taking care of the day-to-day stuff and making it so where I can focus on football, focus on my craft and everything like that. Just being a hall of fame mom and a hall of fame wife."

Speaking a bit more about their marriage, Mahomes explained how he was the one who probably made her wait longer.

"We got married, have two beautiful kids now and she’s the one who runs the household. And I’m not afraid to admit it,” Mahomes added.

This offseason, the pair has spent some quality time together, including a trip to Mexico and their charity gala in Las Vegas.
