Olivia Flowers, Taylor Ann Green, and Austen Kroll love triangle on Southern Charm season 9

Throughout season 9, the ongoing feud between cast mates Olivia Flowers, Taylor Ann Green, and Austen Kroll was evident. The reunion allowed them to clear misunderstandings and disagreements between them.

Following the reunion, viewers admitted how a love triangle caused tension not only between Austen and Olivia but also between him and his cast member, Shep Rose. Shep was previously in a relationship with Taylor in 2020 but their love story ended abruptly when he and Taylor announced their official split back in July 2022.

Austen was found guilty on episode 5 of Southern Charm season 9 after rumors of his and Taylor’s potential romance were circulating among fellow cast members. Even though it was a suspicion, Austen himself confirmed it by disclosing information about kissing Taylor to her ex, Shep Rose.

To move on from his heartbreak, Shep decided to forgive Austen but that wasn’t the case when it came to the complicated relationship between Olivia Flowers and Taylor Ann Green.

The highlight of Southern Charm season 9 reunion part 1—the trio of Austen, Olivia, and Taylor

During the reunion, all season 9 cast members of the show mutually agreed that what Austen did was wrong. Olivia couldn’t get past the situation, she said:

“It’s not even the action that’s the problem… but to try to make it like it’s our fault for not understanding it was a drunken moment after you had lied so many f*king times to my face."

She added:

"Then to expect me to hop on the forgiveness wagon, and because I didn’t, y’all proceeded to say, ‘Uh, I’m just so tired of this.’ Of course, you’re f*cking tired of this, y’all are in the sh*t bed that you made. That’s where the problem is for me.”

Taylor tried to give an explanation for her actions and said:

“I never tried to say that you were the problem for anything.”

But before she could continue her sentence, Olivia interrupted her, refusing to listen to what Taylor had to say. However, Taylor did hint that Olivia was hiding something from the other cast members.

She continued:

“I’m just saying Olivia, forgive as you would want to be forgiven.”

According to Olivia, Taylor’s threatening statement was a signal to the Southern Charm season 8 reunion when Madison LeCroy questioned Olivia about whether she hooked up with the 61-year-old cast member, Thomas, who was fired after being charged with sexual assault allegations. At that time, Olivia denied it but later confirmed to Taylor that it was true in a special episode.

As Olivia left the stage, she said:

“She’s the only person I told on earth about that. And here you are sitting here now trying to use that against me. Not only have you proven yourself to be a sh*t friend, but you’re a sh*t human too.”
